End-of-Life Announcement for the Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client Version 3.x
Cisco announces the end-of-life dates for the Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client Version 3.x software.
- Meraki MX appliance is configured to operate in passthrough mode as a Layer 2 bridge, and provides services such as firewall, traffic shaping, and security and content filtering. The specific ISR configuration deployed in this example is included as follows as a quick reference.
- Client VPN roadmap Has anyone heard whether Meraki is going to update their client VPN capabilities so that they are able to meet compliance standards. I have a client that just had one of their audit completed, and of course it failed due to their MX only being able to support IKEv1 aggressive mode.
Software maintenance will not be available for the stated software versions beyond March 1, 2016.
SW Maintenance releases will be made available via Version 3.1.x.
OS Platform updates for Windows, Mac OS X and Linux will not be available for the stated software versions beyond July 31, 2015.
Application software support will not be available for the stated software versions beyond March 31, 2018.
Software maintenance and application software support requires an active service contract. After these dates, all support services for the product are unavailable, and the product becomes obsolete.
